  Ownership transfer 

                This is for the holder who wants to transfer ownership to other person.

1. Forms
1) Bond Ownership Transfer Form
2) Registration and Records: Application/Change Form (Transferee)
3) Specimen signature card (in a case where the transferee is a natural person, the signature card must be signed in the presence of the BOT or selling-agent bank)
4) Specimen signature of an authorized person (in a case where the transferee is a juristic person)
2. Required documents
Natural person
1) Certificate of debt securities
2) An original and a copy of identification card of transferor and transferee
3) A copy of bank account passbook of transferee
**All documents certified as true copies**
Juristic person
1) Certificate of debt securities
2) Juristic person certificate issued within the past 3 months by the Ministry of Commerce or certificate issued by government agency
3) A copy of bank account passbook of transferee
**All documents certified as true copies by authorized person**
3. Fee
1) 20 Baht per certificate of debt securities (the holder is a natural person)
2) 100 Baht per certificate of debt securities (the holder is a juristic person)
4. Contact procedure
1) Contact in person at the BOT, or
2) Contact selling-agent bank
5. Additional note
For ownership transfer of debt securities owned by minor who is 15 years of age, the minor must sign to acknowledge the transfer.
