                     This is for the bondholder who wants to change his or her bank account to which coupon interest is sent.

Natural person
1) A copy of identification card
2) A copy of bank account passbook
**All documents certified as true copies**
Juristic person
1) Juristic person certificate issued within the past 3 months by the Ministry of Commerce or certificate issued by government agency
2) A copy of bank account passbook
**All documents certified as true copies by authorized person**
3. Fee
None
4. Contact procedure
1) Contact in person at the BOT, or
2) Contact selling-agent bank, or
3) Send all documents to the BOT by mail
5. Additional note
1) Only savings or current accounts can be used
2) Under “Other (specify)” of the form, please specify whether you want to change bank account for receiving coupon interest of every bond or of any single bond you own.
