A copy of identification card of the holder

**All documents certified as true copies**

Juristic person

Juristic person certificate issued within the past 3 months by the Ministry of Commerce or certificate issued by government agency

**All documents certified as true copies by authorized person**

3. Fee

1) 20 Baht per certificate (natural person)

2) 100 Baht per certificate (juristic person)

4. Contact procedure

1) Contact in person at the BOT, or

2) Contact selling-agent bank, or

3) Send all documents to the BOT by mail

5. Additional note

In a case where a certificate will be presented to the embassy or consul or oversea educational institution, the holder has to provide his or her name and family name in English as appeared on the passport and indicate the currency and the number of certificate needed.
