1) Certificate of debt securities

2) A copy of identification card of the holder

**All documents certified as true copies**

Juristic person

1) Certificate of debt securities

2) Juristic person certificate issued within the past 3 months by

the Ministry of Commerce or certificate issued by government agency

**All documents certified as true copies by authorized person**

3. Fee

1) 20 Baht per certificate of debt securities (natural person)

2) 100 Baht per certificate of debt securities (juristic person)

4. Contact procedure

1) Contact in person at the BOT, or

2) Contact selling-agent bank, or

3) Send all documents to the BOT by mail

5. Additional note

1) The fee for debt securities split is calculated based on the number of debt securities that are split.

2) The fee for debt securities consolidation is calculated based on the number of debt securities to be consolidated.
