Juristic person

Juristic person certificate issued within the past 3 months by the Ministry of Commerce or certificate issued by government agency

**All documents certified as true copies by authorized person**

1) Contact in person at the BOT, or

2) Contact selling-agent bank, or

3) Send all documents to the BOT by mail

5. Additional note

The holder can request for the substitute of withholding tax certificate issued within the past 3 years starting from the date of application submission.
