Registering the Name of the Owner on the Certificate of Debt Securities

Title

The name of securities owner appeared on a certificate of debt security must be the name of a person as specified by the Civil and Commercial Code which can be divided into natural person and juristic person.

	2) Mr.Kayun Rakdee and/or Mrs.Mudtayud Rakdee (joint creditor)	Co-signature is required, except in the case of redemption where either one can sign to receive principal of the bond.
	3) Mr.Kayun Rakdee and Mrs.Mudtayud Rakdee	Co-signature is required.
	In case of parents buy a bond for their minor.
