Transactions related to government debt securities that the BOT serves as a registrar and paying agent are as follows:

• Registration of bond holders both for new issuance in primary market and for trading in secondary market .
• Updating bondholders’ records.  The services include ownership transfer, pledging and releasing, freeze and freeze removal, change of name, change of address and change of bank account to which coupon interest is sent.
• Interest Payment
• Redemption of debt securities.
• Transactions related to the TSD include deposit/withdrawal of debt securities.
• Other transactions include requesting for debt securities verification or ownership certification, securities split/consolidation, issuance of new certificate to replace the lost or damaged one.
