  • B.E. Notification of the Ministry of Finance: Business that Requires a Permit According to Section 5 of the Notification of the Revolution Council No. 58 (Business of Electronic Money Card) dated October 4, 2004

              Prescribe that non-financial institutions that issue e-money, similar to deposit-taking business of commercial banks, have to obtain permission

  • The Royal Decree Regulating Electronic Payment Service Business, B.E. (2551)2008

               The objective of this act is to maintain stability of financial and commercial, to increase credibility and acceptance of electronic data system, to protect public interests, and enhance e-Payment usage. E-Payment service providers under this act can be categorized into three groups which are required to notify their services (list A), required to register their services (list B), and required to obtain a license before providing services (list C)
