Payment Systems Committee (PSC) is one of the main committees of the Bank of Thailand and is responsible for setting policy  of  payment systems for the Bank of Thailand which consistency with business development and technological advancement.

Responsibilities of Payment Systems Committee (PSC)

The PSC is empowered with the formulation of the policies relating to payment systems under the supervision of the BOT including interbank clearing and settlement to the realization of safety, soundness and efficiency. In addition, the PSC shall monitor the BOT function its establishment or its facilitation to the establishment of a payment system.
