Public finance data cover data on financial positions and operations of the government and state-owned enterprises (SOEs). The data comprise of government financial position on cash basis (compliant with Government Finance Statistics Manual : GFSM 1986 of the International Monetary Fund), outstanding debt of the government and SOEs (classified by holder, instrument and remaining maturity), and the operations of non-financial SOEs. As for financial positions in accordance with the new GFSM 2001, data are compiled by the Fiscal Policy Office and can be accessed through Ministry of Finance’s website.
