Money and banking data provide useful information about money and banking condition of the northeastern region of Thailand: deposit outstanding, and credit outstanding of commercial banks; credit outstanding of commercial banks classified by purposes; and quantity of checks, and returned checks. Based on these data, BOT’s northeastern region office issues a press release each month describing recent trend of banking condition of the northeastern region of Thailand.
