1. The Committee assists the Board in overseeing and ensuring the adequacy of the Bank’s overall risk framework established by BOT’s Risk Management Committee (RMC).
2. The Committee assists the Board in overseeing the risk management process and giving independent advice on key risk issues to ensure that key risks are appropriately assessed, monitored, controlled and reported.
3. The Committee coordinates with the RMC to ensure that all significant risks that the Bank faced are properly managed.
