Payment Infrastructure and Services Group
The Payment Infrastructure and Services Group, Bank of Thailand (BOT), is responsible for all banknote operations from production to destruction, and consists of three departments: Note Printing Works, Banknote and Payment Management Department, and Payment Infrastructure and Services Strategy and Development Department.
Mission
Produce high-quality banknote that is difficult to counterfeit, circulate good-quality banknotes, focus on sufficiency in all situation with the whole system's efficiency and environment, in accordance with other payment systems in the future, for the public's confidence and satisfaction.
