The commemorative banknotes on the Auspicious Occasion of the 6th Cycle Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty the King, 28th July B.E. 2567 (2024) has won the Best Commemorative Banknote Award at the High Security Printing Asia 2024 international conference held in Bangkok during December 2-4, 2024.
The banknotes were designed in a vertical format to portray the prominence and elegance of His Majesty the King’s image and to distinguish from circulating banknotes. The issuance allows the public to collect the banknotes to commemorate this significant occasion and to participate in expressing loyalty and gratitude to His Majesty the King. The banknotes were printed on polymer substrate with state-of-the-art technology to retain durability and incorporate counterfeit deterrent features. (more detail)
