The International Monetary Fund (IMF) mission team, led by Mr. Peter Breuer, paid a courtesy visit to the Governor and executives of the Bank of Thailand during the Article IV Consultation 2025.
The Article IV Consultation is conducted annually to engage with both public and private sector agencies regarding Thailand’s economic conditions and developments. The IMF mission team will spend approximately two weeks meeting with representatives from government agencies, regulatory bodies, independent organizations, and private sector entities, before a concluding meeting on the results of the discussions on 13 November 2025.
