BOT Deputy Governor and executives joined a panel discussion at GFTN Select Thailand, held during the 2026 IMF-World Bank Group Annual Meetings

Ms. Daranee Saeju, Deputy Governor for Payment Systems Stability and Financial Services Supervision, together with executives of the Bank of Thailand (BOT), participated in a panel discussion at GFTN Select Thailand, jointly organized by the BOT and the Global Finance and Technology Network on 15 October 2026 at SO/ Bangkok.

 

The Deputy Governor highlighted the Bangkok Blueprint, which calls for a shift in tackling digital fraud from placing responsibility on any single sector to making it a shared, whole-of-ecosystem effort. She emphasized the need to move further upstream, addressing risks closer to their source, and to elevate the issue as a national agenda to drive concrete and coordinated action across sectors.
