Bilateral Meeting between the Bank of Thailand and the State Bank of Vietnam

On September 11, 2025, Mr. Sethaput Suthiwartnarueput, Governor of the Bank of Thailand (BOT), together with the BOT delegations, held a bilateral meeting with Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong, Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV), and the SBV delegations in Bangkok, Thailand.
The meeting served as a platform for exchanging views on key economic policy challenges amid the shifting global trade landscape. Discussions also covered enhancing the efficiency of financial institution supervision, data management, and the adoption of technology to support financial stability. Both sides explored ways to strengthen future cooperation between the two central banks.
