Mr. Chiranuwat Tanyacharoen, Secretary to the Bank of Thailand’s Board, announced that the Board has approved the rotation and promotion of senior management as part of the organizational restructuring. This aims to enhancing efficiency and strengthening the Bank of Thailand’s readiness to address increasing challenges in the period ahead, effective from 1 February 2026, as follows:
 

1. Rotate Mrs. Vireka Suntapuntu, Assistant Governor, Corporate Services Group to be Assistant Governor, Human Resources Management Group

2. Rotate Mrs. Somruedee Rungsiyaphornratana, Assistant Governor, Corporate Strategy and Resources Planning Group to be Assistant Governor, Strategic Planning and Corporate Support Group

3. Rotate Miss Daranee Saeju, Assistant Governor, Payment Systems Policy and Financial Consumer Protection Group to be Assistant Governor, Strategy and Special Projects Management Group

4. Rotate Mr. Sakkapop Panyanukul, Assistant Governor, Monetary Policy Group to be Assistant Governor, Payment Systems Policy and Financial Consumer Protection Group

5. Promote Mr. Don Nakornthab, Senior Director of Reserve Management Department, to be Assistant Governor, Monetary Policy Group.
