The rotation and promotion of Bank of Thailand’s senior management

Ms. Daungporn Rodpengsangkaha, Secretary of the Bank of Thailand’s Board announced today (31 January 2024) that the Board has made decision on the rotation and promotion of Bank of Thailand’s senior management, to be effective from 1 March 2024, as follows:
1. Rotate Mr. Tharith Panpiemras, Assistant Governor, Financial Institutions Policy Group to be Assistant Governor, Risk Management Group, in replacement of Mr. Amporn Sangmanee who takes early retirement.
2. Promote Mr. Somchai Lertlarpwasin, Senior Director, Procurement and Facilities Management Department to Assistant Governor, Financial Institutions Policy Group.
