Banknote Management Group, Bank of Thailand awarded 2014 Thailand Quality Class from Foundation of Thailand Productivity Institute (FTPI). The criteria guidelines of this award is based on the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA), established by the U.S. Congress, which currently being applied in over 70 countries around the world.
