Activity 2: Organization-Level Projects to Amplify Outcomes

Following the workshop, Fin. Trainers will plan and implement projects to share financial knowledge with their colleagues. The target audience for the projects is categorized into 2 groups:

1) Targeted End Users

Staff who intend to improve their financial behavior will complete a survey before and after participating in the project and regularly attend activities (at least once every 3 months).

2) General Audience for Awareness Raising

Staff gain financial knowledge through various channels or through activities that focus on saving, managing debt, cutting down expenses, and earning additional income.

Note: After project implementation, Fin. Trainers are required to report activity results on the BOT’s designated platform (at least once a month) to support future organization-level assessments.
